Reimbursement
We have contracts with every health insurer. The contractual rates we agreed with insurers differ per policy; the rates above apply if you have no supplementary insurance. Check your policy so you are not caught out.
Cancelling an appointment
Appointments that cannot be kept must be cancelled at least 24 hours before the treatment. If you do not cancel, or cancel too late, we reserve the right to charge 75% of the treatment rate. This amount is not reimbursed by your health insurer.
