Messages from the contact form are not stored in any database of this website: they are sent straight to the practice by email and kept there for as long as needed to handle your question.

• A cookie from Cloudflare Turnstile, the bot check below the contact form, which verifies that the form is filled in by a person.

You can disable cookies through your browser settings, but the contact form may then stop working.
